How to claim this offer

• Create your Betano account.
• Opt in to this promotion via the Offers tab or Sign Up page. 
• Make your first deposit.
  
• Place your first bet up to £40, (minimum £5) on sports at odds 1/1 or greater.
• Only your first bet of £5 or higher will qualify for this promotion.
• You must do this within 3 days of opening your account.

What you will get

On settlement of your qualifying bet, your account will be credited with the same value of your initial stake in Free Bets, up to a maximum of £40 in Free Bets, as follows:

• 50% - Sports Free Bet
  
• 50% - Sports Free Bet - ACCA (3 or more selections) 
  

We will match your first bet and will credit it in Free Bets.

 
For example:

• If you bet £10, you will receive £10 in Free Bets
  
• If you bet £40, you will receive £40 in Free Bets
  
• If you bet £50, you will receive £40 in Free Bets
  

The Free Bets:

• can be used on any sports unless stated in the restrictions; 
• single bets can be used on markets with odds of 1/1 or higher;
  
• double or higher bets can be used on markets with odds of 2/1 or higher;
  
• can be used as one whole bet or as a number of smaller bets;
• will only return profit exceeding your total stake; 
• must be placed separately from real cash bets; and 
• will expire 7 days after accreditation if not used.  
  

Wagering requirements

Restrictions

The following do not qualify for this promotion:

• If you are successful in winning a prize, then you may be required to provide documentation to verify your identity including any of the following: (i) an in-date passport; (ii) an in-date driving licence; (iii) an in-date national identity card; (iv) a utility bill (from the last 3 months); (v) a bank statement (from the last 3 months); and/or (vi) a photo of you holding up your passport, driving licence and/or national identity card.  
• Where a customer becomes restricted from placing sports bets on their account, they will still be entitled to complete any wagering required, or use any outstanding bonus funds awarded, as part of this promotion by contacting customer services.  
• The maximum real cash benefit that any customer will receive from any bonuses or concessions is £10,000 per day (00:00-23:59). This includes returns on wagers struck with promotional cash. 
• If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the promotion. 
• The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If you have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, then you will be entitled to participate in the promotion at the terms you entered it, (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in the promotional terms or in these terms) and you will be entitled to any winnings associated with the promotion.
• Should a change become necessary as a result of an exceptional event or any circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, for example, the cancellation of a sports event that was a requirement for participation, or a condition of a prize, the Promoter may substitute the reward for something of equal or greater value. For example, if the event that the free bet should be used on is cancelled, the free bet will be usable on any sports event.
• Where a customer is excluded from BV Gaming promotions, the Promoter reserves the right to exclude you from participation in promotions on all your accounts across our brands, as detailed here.
